Dear Members,

IVAO GB will be holding a real world event at The Brooklands Aviation and Motorsport Museum (Weybridge) on Saturday 13th September. Members will be arriving at the venue from around 10:30am. Entry for adults (over 16's) is £8.00 and anyone under the age of 16 is £5.00, it is recommended you do bring some extra money with you as there are refreshement facilities on site and there are also preliminary plans to go for a meal after the daytime event, details regarding this will be finalised nearer the time.

Directions and details can be found here:

http://www.brooklandsmuseum.com/

Anyone is more than welcome to attend this event however if you are under the age of 18 it is important that we receive a consent email from your parent(s) or guardian stating that you are allowed to come along. All emails should be sent to me at gb-mac@ivao.aero prior to the event.

A small information PDF regarding the event can be found here:

http://ivao.co.uk/members/files/IVAOGB_RWE.pdf

If you are going to attend or are considering attending please reply to this post telling us of this, and we look forward to seeing you there on the day.

Best Regards,
IVAO GB Staff Team

*tries to work out the ....'s but is far too lazy.

Well I finish school at 12.30, it takes 3 hours each way on the train, so by the time I'd get there, it'd be time to go home again....and it'll cost an arm and a leg Tongue

Can't we find something to do in London? Tongue Everyone can get to london - even me lol

Right so he needs a consent e-mail from his parents as he's under 18, yet he'll have to "pretend" to them to be ill... Works Cheesy
